Kevin Grady became a Christian in 1970 in the early days of the “Jesus Movement” and wanted to share this new music with everyone he knew. There were no CCM radio stations at this time, so Kevin bought air-time on secular stations and played this music for people.
In 1977, Kevin moved to Tulsa, OK and created “The Gospel According To Music” on a secular station from 6 pm—Midnight, 7 nights a week till he left in 1980. From there Kevin started CCM radio stations in Texas, Georgia, Florida, and Mississippi.
However, in 2009, Kevin noticed that many of the networks and Christian stations today no longer play the Classic CCM’s songs of the 70s, 80s, and 90s. After talking with friends and many of these Pioneering artists, there was a major need to bring this music back. Judah Music Ministries was formed to create the internet radio station The Narrow Way Radio.
It is our hope to bring this great music back and to not only bless those who know this music but to introduce it to a whole new group of listeners.
